enchiladas-lasagna-072Homemade Nutritious Lasagne

500g Lean 5% Mince Beef

800g tinned tomatoes

Fresh lasagne sheets enough for 3 layers

250g Quark

250g Light Soft Cheese

Fresh basil

Fresh herbs

Celery Salt (secret recipe!)

Carrots

Onions

Peas

1 egg

100 ml of vegetable stock

Easy to cook – cook the mince, onions, carrots, peas, tomatoes and veg stock for 20 mins and place half of it into a big dish.  Mix the quark, soft cheese and egg into one.  You may want to add a small splash of milk.  Add the lasagne sheets then the cheese sauce.  Add the the other half of the mince plus pasta layers and the cheese sauce.  Sprinkle with parmasen (if you like) and the basil on top.  Cook for a further 40 minutes and then yum!  Enjoy!
