This workout will ensure that your legs are really lean and strong.

Get a bench press.  Load 25/30kg onto a barbell.  Stand over the bench press and load the barbell onto the top of your neck/back.  Once balanced do 16 squats with your bum touching the bench press.  Rest and repeat 5 times.  To do this well the expert is Jeremy Bingham – PT.  All on my About us page.  Good luck!
