Farfelle Pasta & Parma Ham
100g per person fresh pasta of your choice
1 courgette
1 pack of Parma Ham
1 small tub of Parmesan Cheese
1 small tub of Half Fat Crème Fraiche
1 Shallot
Mushrooms
Firstly boil a pan of water ready for the pasta to cook in 6 minutes. In the meantime cut the courgette into sticks, chop the shallot & mushrooms and cook in a wok or frying pan. Once softened add the fresh pasta to the boiling water. Cook the pasta for 6 minutes. Add the tub of crème fraiche, parma ham and parmesan cheese. Stir in. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and then add to the pan with the parma ham and vegetables. Mix all in together add pepper and serve. You will love this receipe yum yum!
