I’ve chosen the traditional “Plank” as the workout of the week.
This exercise looks simple but if you do it properly and for at least 60 seconds it can be very difficult.
So what is the motivation for doing this difficult exercise?
A strong core and believe it or not a flatter stomach. Yes ladies – it is possible for your stomach to appear flatter by doing this exercise regularly.
